Ritika is a psychologist with experience across both clinical and research settings, with a particular focus on cognitive health, emotional well-being, and ageing.
Her work has involved psychological assessment, therapy, and research at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi), where individuals across different life stages have been engaged with, including older adults navigating cognitive and emotional challenges.
Through these experiences, a way of working has been developed that is both structured and reflective, where psychological understanding is integrated with a space that allows individuals to slow down and explore their inner world at their own pace.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each individual’s unique experience. Particular interest is held in understanding how thoughts, emotions, and life experiences shape one’s sense of self, and how greater awareness can contribute to meaningful and lasting change.
Alongside clinical practice, ongoing engagement in research and doctoral work in psychology continues to inform and deepen her understanding of mental health and human behaviour.
